Smriti Van is a place of remembrance for special people and for their special occasions. This place, managed and maintained by Gaya Forest Division and Bhaik Eco Development Committee, is open to the general public, spiritual and ecotourists to plant trees in the memory of their loved ones and also for special events and occasions in their lives such as childbirth, wedding, death etc. The ecotourists can plant trees in the Smriti Van and pay for its maintenance. A plaque will be placed near the tree to display information on the person, who planted the tree and for whom and other necessary details.
